Overview
Green Trees is a small 16 bed, family run care home, located in the Conservation area of Hadley Wood and specialising in the care of the elderly and those suffering with dementia.
We offer a range of old age, dementia, respite and palliative care, with self-funded & continuing healthcare funding arrangements.
The home was established in 1964 and has been run under its current management since 1991. Most rooms are en-suite, and there is a shaft lift. The home stands in 3/4 acre of formal gardens, including a large fish pond.
All of our team are carefully selected, our manager is a qualified Elderly Care Tutor, our staff are all fully trained, many to NVQ Level 3 and most are Alzheimers Disease Society accredited workers. One of our care team has Diplomas in both Diabetes and Nutrition. Almost all of our team have been with us in excess of 5 years.
We offer full 24 hour care, including all meals, and laundry, and our fees also include daily newspapers and toiletries.
Our menu's are varied and interesting, our chef uses mainly fresh fruit, vegetables, fish and meat. Special diets are catered for.
