Abbey Lodge is a home in the Telham area of Battle, Abbey Lodge has two homes on site The Bungalow and the House - both homes are under one registration we have a 'Good' rating from CQC. Care can be provided for those with dementia, learning disabilities and mental health needs.

The Bungalow is a 6 Bedroom Bungalow, The Home caters to individuals of working age 18-65 who have a diagnosis of Autism/ Learning Disabilities/ Neuro Diversity. many of our residents within the home have a duel diagnosis of mental health. The Bungalow specialises in the ability to manage Behaviour that challenges by using Positive Behaviour Support. Our individuals are Supported to Live as independently as possible We provide support using The scaffolding System. We encourage our individuals to learn new and maintain skills within and outside of the home. Our goal is for our individuals to access the community and live lives as close as is possible to other neuro typical individuals accessing activities such as college courses, Gym, Bowling, Hairdressers/ Barbers, coffees with friends and family, Personal Shopping, Friary Gardeners This list goes on.

The house is a specialist 12 bed purpose built Dementia home, we have first floor and ground floor rooms, Our ground floor rooms have sinks in rooms and 1 communal shower room and 1 communal bath room, Our Large upstairs rooms have full wet room EnSuite. The House caters to individuals of with a diagnosis/ under investigation of Dementia, Alzheimer's aged 65 and over , Many of our individuals have a duel diagnosis of mental health. Our individuals are supported to Maintain skills. We aim for our individuals to feel like Abbey lodge is a home from home, For your families and friends to visit in a family feel home, children and pets welcome. We encourage individuals to continue there usual hobbies and activities they would complete in there own homes to continue with us inside Abbey Lodge. Our goal is for our individuals to access the community accessing activities such as college courses, Gym, Bowling, Hairdressers/ Barbers, coffees with friends and family, Personal Shopping,Mens shed This list goes on.
