We offer 24 hour residential and dementia care in surroundings which create a great place to live. Blakelands Lodge pride ourselves in making a real difference to the lives our residents, going beyond just meeting their expectations through the aspirational choices we provide in our person-centred care. By putting an active lifestyle at the heart of the home, our caring and highly trained staff promote independence, ensuring quality care is received by all our residents at all times.

Our Facilities and Services
Blakelands Lodge is a modern purpose-built home for older people providing residential care and specialist dementia care. Accommodation is provided on 3 floors for a maximum of 66 residents. Residents have access to all floors and the garden area by means of a passenger lifts. If nursing care is required this will be provided by local district nursing services.
All bedrooms are single rooms that are tastefully decorated with luxury fittings and furniture and have en-suite facilities which include a wet room shower. Standard room facilities include touch lamp, a flat screen TV, and mini fridge, access to sky free view, telephone and internet facilities.
An aid call system is installed and lamps are touch operated. Should a married couple be admitted to the home they will be given the option of choosing to have one room as a bedroom and the other as a private sitting room.
Our Residents
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide residential and dementia care services for older people (on or around pensionable age).
