Overview
Park House is a service providing accommodation for 14 adult residents. The team at Park House work together to develop person-centred, evidence-based rehabilitation care plans that aim to maximise the individual’s independence and recovery. The service is all wheelchair accessible and includes a wheelchair accessible lift, training kitchen and garden.
We look to build on our residents’ progress and provide them with key life skills, with each resident having access to an interdisciplinary care team consisting of a rehabilitation medicine consultant, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists and occupational therapists, as required.
There is a garden, therapy gym and a training kitchen to support rehabilitation. The service is located very close to Bedford Park, which residents can be supported to access. Located next to Bedford Park near the town centre. Park House offers residents easy access to local amenities, occupational and education resources, as well as social and leisure activities.
