The Registered Manager, Emma Ballard was appointed in January 2024. Emma is passionate about working for the RBL and brings a strong clinical background with a Nursing Degree and Intensive Care Qualifications. Emma is highly motivated, driven by Providing the best care and very much a people person.
Emma is a passionate nurse who has extensive experience in leading teams working in care homes to deliver outstanding care. She exudes energy and enthusiasm with the needs and wishes of our residents at the heart of all she does.
Mais it has an overall 'Good' rating from the CQC supporting both permanent and respite stays.
