Overview
Golden Sands is a privately run home with beautiful accessible gardens offering residential care and day care for up to 17 residents.
There is a registered manager of the home who is in most days as well as the owners. They are supported by a team of senior care assistants. They in turn are supported by a team of care assistants, most of whom have, or are working towards formal qualifications.

Meals are prepared fresh every day with and served in the dining room or in individuals own rooms if they would prefer. All dietary requirements, likes and dislikes are catered for.
We offer a variety of services and activities which include chiropody, hairdressing, outings, bingo, arts and crafts, quizzes and we bring in various entertainers. We have a dedicated activities organiser who works five days a week who regularly updates the entertainment programme to include new ideas.
We support and enable individuals to meet their spiritual and cultural beliefs.
Arrangements will be made to enable those at Golden Sands to vote if they wish in elections wither by post or in person.
All individuals can retain their own doctors and if the individual if moving from out of the area, our staff can assist in registration at a local surgery.
