Overview
Bradley Resource Centre is a home in the Bradley area of Bilston, which can accommodate 24 residents - it has a 'Good' rating from the CQC. Bradley Resource Centre also offers the following rehabilitation, reablement support and discharge to assess for people over 18-year-old.
We offer a short period of intensive Reablement support in a residential setting to support people’s recovery and return home. Helping them to regain skills that may have been lost due to illness or injury and promote recovery on order for people to continue their independence at home.
Bradley Reablement service has two units, Pine and Willow, each unit is designed differently. Pine has ensuite bathrooms and Willow has bedroom with toilet and bathroom opposite each bedroom.
We have inhouse therapy team who will support you to regain your confident and provide the equipment to get you home.
Placements only available from hospital discharge or Community via a Social Worker.
Placements are not offered to private fee patients.
