Overview

Our home provides both nursing and residential care. The relaxed homely atmosphere enables our residents to enjoy Bingley Wingfield in their own individual way. Most of the residents, their families and the staff are from Bingley.
Our website is www.greenwoodcare.net
It is a non smoking home, in a quiet residential area of Bingley which is close to Bradford. Our friendly home is a beautiful converted Victorian house which was extended approximately 25 years ago to add additional facilities. It retains many original features such as stained glass windows and a magnificent entrance hall with an oak staircase which make it a beautiful place to live. Bingley Wingfield is readily accessible by public transport, being close to a bus route and about half a mile from Bingley Railway Station. Wingfield can accommodate 35 residents.
Care can be provided for those with frailty/ old age/ Parkinsons /dementia/ residential and nursing placements available. Pets, depending on type, only by discretion of manager, but no issue with pets visiting .
Bingley Wingfield Nursing Home also offers short stay services; respite care and discharge to assess beds.
The manager is Linda Oram, a qualified nurse, who has been manager of the home for a number of years. She is supported by a team of about 35, many of whom have been at the home for many years.
