Overview

Orchard House is a rehabilitation residential home for men with enduring mental health,
we work with individuals on building their confidence on being out of locked hospitals and being able to make their own choices / decisions.
All care is person centered and our aim is to support / encourage individuals to reach their goals, which are set out in their care plans.
supporting individuals to complete daily tasks such as cleaning their personal area, completing their own personal care, laundry, budgeting buying their own food to cook this can be under supervision from staff or if more support is needed then this will be supported.
Staff will support individuals to have their medication and work with individuals to self-administer if needs allow.
We have a consultant Psychiatrist who holds clinics for individuals at Orchard house these are completed every 6 weeks.
Orchard house provides support from a Occupational Therapist who will support individuals using the MOHOST Tool,
