Silver Birches is a residential care home providing accommodation and care services for up to 50 older people living with dementia and/or associated conditions.
We have a specialist team who will work alongside customers delivering personalised, quality care and support in line with our philosophy of care to enable us to specifically meet the needs of people living with dementia.
Our philosophy is for the delivery of person-centred care and promoting the use of meaningful engagement and activities. Research has shown this leads to improved quality of care and higher rates of satisfaction for people living with dementia, carers and staff teams.
