Townfield and Coach House has over 35 years experience in dementia care. Our dementia care is designed to support and care for people who live with dementia including Alzheimer’s or any form of memory loss.

Our person-centred care is designed to ensure each service user is treated as an individual with dignity and respect. The aim of the service is to deliver the highest quality of care that will sustain and improve the service users overall quality of life.

All of our staff are fully trained and experienced in caring for those living with dementia. All have undergone both a DBS and a background check.

We have an activities co-ordinator who is responsible for organising activities within the home and maintaining links with the local community. Service users are encouraged to participate with any activities so that a full life can be maintained.

We serve traditional home cooked food, using the freshest local ingredients. All service users can select from the daily menu available and special diets can be catered for.

We offer respite care and day care.
