Our Care Home Services
Our Care Home Services provides care for people assessed with dementia nursing needs.
We specialise in providing care predominantly for people aged over 60 years and assessed with nursing needs. We are able to support people who are living with dementia, and we have staff that are trained and qualified in this speciality as well as other complex nursing needs.
We aim to ensure we have sufficient staff to meet residents’ needs and we do this by reviewing resident needs and dependencies and ensuring our staff numbers and skill mix are appropriate. We have comprehensive quality assurance processes at the home which include robust auditing procedures and gathering clinical information monthly, which is collaborated centrally with a printed report produced. This report is discussed with appropriate staff, trends are identified and action taken accordingly We are supported by regular visits from the area manager and we receive support from our quality manager.
