Milton Grange Rest Home is a small family run care home, accommodates 16 residents which enables us to keep a real ‘family’ atmosphere. Milton Grange Rest Home, specialises in taking care of the elderly with diagnosis of dementia. We recognise the needs of the elderly and their wellbeing, which is our biggest priority. Everyone has varied levels of needs and our staff are particularly in tune to the sensitive nature of the condition. Staff do provide appropriate care for each individual resident in a person cantered approach. We have long standing staff members, ranging from 5 to 21 years’ service, all experienced and dedicated to providing the best care possible.
Bournemouth is a popular area on the South West Coast with many attractions nearby including shops, beaches, and gardens. A drive out to the Purbecks will give you breath-taking views.
Milton Grange Rest Home provide a choice of home-cooked meals every day (including for those with special dietary requirements). The main meal of the day (dinner) is usually taken together in the dining area. In the morning most of the residents have their breakfast in their rooms according to their preferences.
At Milton Grange Rest Home, we pride ourselves in supporting our residents to maintain their dignity, privacy, and respect in all aspects of their daily life. We also like to have fun and have regular activities and entertainment, including music, dancing, quizzes and arts and crafts along with special events which staff and residents enjoy together. As well as visiting professionals such as hairdressers, opticians, dentists, and chiropodists.
