Physiotherapy, Chiropody, Dentists and Opticians are all available on request. Local clergy of all denominations are encouraged to visit on a regular basis and can also be arranged on request. We have full time occupational therapist who is responsible for organising the daily activities. A full programme of activities is available to our residents, tailored to their needs and abilities.
Acorn Nursing Home originally established in 1989 was acquired by Regency Healthcare Limited in December 2007. The Home caters for the elderly people who may or may not have nursing needs. Built during the Victorian era it is the former vicarage to All Saints Church and has been extended in keeping with the original stonework. We provide a mixture of single and shared rooms with a small number having en-suite facilities.
