Overview
Park View Road supports ten individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs, including some who may display challenging behaviour. Our aim is to help the people we support achieve their full potential and lead fulfilling, high-quality lives. This is achieved through a person-centred approach, focusing on individual challenges and continuous improvement.
To support this, assessments and observations are carried out to create an environment tailored to each individual's needs. The team works closely with internal and external networks for expert advice, and receive comprehensive training to offer personalised support.
The home has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, featuring nine personalised bedrooms, three of which are en-suite. There is also a self-contained flat with a kitchenette, dining/lounge area, a large bedroom, and an en-suite shower room. Additional facilities include two large bathrooms, a large shower room, two separate toilets, and two lounge areas. A stylish dining area, reception, and kitchenette are available to encourage independence, with the electronic door entry system providing varying levels of access depending on individual needs and risks.
