Overview

Innage Grange is a residential and nursing home in the area of Bridgnorth, which can accommodate just under 85 residents - it has a 'Good' rating from the CQC. Care can be provided for those with dementia, learning disabilities and mental health needs. Innage Grange also offers the following short stay services; respite care and reablement support.

At Innage Grange all of our 83 rooms are large and modern complete with en-suite facilities. The home has undergone significant improvements recently and changes to the internal furnishings add to the warm and welcome feel of the home.

The comfortable surroundings enable our residents to live as comfortable a life as possible and our activities enable participants to feel part of life within the home and its wider community.

Everyone living and working at Innage Grange can genuinely feel they are among friends. Residents can decide where and how they spend their time either quietly in their room, taking part in the variety of activities, or walking through the central garden area at the heart of the home.

Our friendly communal areas ensure everyone is supported individually with scope for new friendships with other residents.

Activities
Our specially trained and enthusiastic activities staff are excellent at helping our residents enjoy their life with us at Innage Grange where our staff work with residents to create a week by week schedule of activities to include a mix of physical, social, creative, recreational, sensory, relaxation and reminiscence.

In addition to the rich and varied activity programme at Innage Grange, staff also arrange outings to local areas of interest, organise events throughout the year and provide wonderful entertainment

Food & Drink
At Innage Grange we take our culinary skills very seriously indeed. As well as serving lunch, we make sure our residents have easy access to snacks and drinks throughout the day and night. Proper nutrition and hydration are essential to health and wellbeing.

We cater to all dietary requirements including supplements and following assessment guidance by the Speech and Language Team (SaLT). Innage Grange meals are freshly prepared on site by a qualified chef using locally sourced produce and we cater for all requirements including vegan, vegetarian, dairy or gluten-free diets.

Innage Grange has the highest possible 5 star food hygiene rating assessed regularly and independently.

Support to attend appointments can be agreed by private arrangement.
