Welcome to Oaktree Hall & Lodge located in the historic village of Bessingby and just minutes from the coastal town of Bridlington. We are well served by local transport and easily accessible from the A614.
Bessingby Hall is a Grade II listed building built by Thomas Cundy in 1807, recognised for its yellow brick, sash windows and Grecian portico and set in over 5 acres of grounds,
Each of our 77 bedrooms some offering double occupancy and ideal for married couples are furnished to a high standard, offering Residents the chance to enjoy pure comfort and tranquillity. At Bessingby Hall providing independence and choice is very important- One reason we try and encourage residents to personalise their rooms with their own belongings to help them feel at home.

Our home has a busy activities timetable, built around the key goals of mental stimulation, increased mobility and social engagement. Activities include arts and crafts sessions, gardening, exercise classes, cinema nights, quizzes, musical performances, and pamper sessions. There is a great variety of activities to try, with new activities added frequently.
The in-house chefs will prepare exceptional food from fresh, seasonal produce that’s locally sourced where possible. Menus will include a mix of delicious and nutritious options including traditional classic meals, Residents’ favourites and exciting international cuisine.
