Overview

Belvedere Lodge caters for people with Dementia, including Alzheimer’s Disease. The staff take the time to understand individuals personality, looking at the world from the person’s point of view and understanding how they might feel. The Management Team foster an atmosphere built on freedom not control. They encourage staff and residents to be friends, working together rather than seeing tasks being carried out.

The home can be found situated in a tree lined road on the edge of Durdham Downs, close to Whiteladies Road and the facilities offered by the vibrant community of Redland.

The accommodation includes two lounges on the ground floor, with a large socializing area and a smaller, more intimate seating area. The dining room is spacious and overlooks the garden. The upper floors can be reached by the use of a chairlift but accommodation is available throughout the home, even at the basement level. All the bedrooms have windows overlooking the garden. Our Home Manager, Kay, will be happy to provide more information about our services.
