The home provides rehabilitation services, which accommodates service users who are between the ages of 18 and 65, to improve their functioning and reduce the likelihood of relapse through providing highly structured individual care packages employing appropriate and evaluated models of care

Cherry Tree House is located in Kingswood, with access to both local areas within walking distance. There are regular bus routes from the home to various locations such as the City Centre. There are several local public houses within walking distance which offer a large variety of food, alongside a variety of shops on the local high-street.

The main home has 2 floors, with a total of 9 ensuite bedrooms. There are 2 self-contained flats linked to the home. There is a communal garden that everyone can access.
The ground floor comprises of a large communal lounge, kitchen, and separate dining room. There are 5 bedrooms on the ground floor.
First floor comprises of 4 bedrooms, Senior’s office, Manager’s office, a visitor’s room, staff room and kitchen/dining room as well as a communal lounge

Where appropriate and agreed the service can access via referral, psychology, occupational therapy, speech and language, physiotherapy, and dietetics.

Cherry Tree House does not take urgent admissions. We occasionally accommodate temporary care for service users already using Ocean Community Services/Iris Care Group where the service user may need, for example, a ground floor room for a limited period. All other identified needs must be met, including compatibility with current service users prior to a temporary admission.
