Overview
Little Croft Care Home is a beautiful newly renovated Care Home with the focus on being a leader in Residential and Dementia Care. Little Croft was taken over in 2021 by Young at Heart Care Homes, with the director having over 20 years of experience in the Health Sector. They have since implemented best practices, outstanding care and fantastic and engaging activities.
The Home has been sympathetically converted and extended to offer expert care in modern surroundings, which are both spacious and comfortable. Standing in its own grounds and set back from the main road with well-established gardens, the home offers a tranquil atmosphere in a fantastic location.
Inside the Home, there are two large communal lounge areas, two large dining rooms for socialising and relaxing and its very own hair salon.
The Home prides itself on the warm, friendly and caring nature that staff give to their residents to ensure they remain happy, content and as independent as possible. The dedicated and long-serving staff are active at addressing any issues, problems or anxieties residents face when moving into a new care environment.
A team of knowledgeable professionals with a wealth of skills and experiences provides support and guidance to residents from a range of backgrounds, with a variety of care and support needs.
The social atmosphere is enhanced by a flexible programme of activities that focuses on physical and emotional health while looking to make the most of community links and personal interests.
Residents at Little Croft Care Home are at the centre of everything they do. Staff work tirelessly to ensure that each service user benefits from a friendly, respectful and enhanced lifestyle.
If you or your loved ones are looking for one of the leading Residential Care Homes in Bristol or South Gloucestershire then please call / email or just drop in for a non-obligatory show round, cup of tea and cake.
