Overview

At Agricola House, we support eight people with brain injuries, physical disabilities, mental health needs, and those with behaviours that challenge. We offer evidenced-based neurological therapies, including speech and language therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy with psychology input as required. Therapy pathways are carefully designed and integrated into individual daily routines, with support centring around rehabilitation techniques that promote independence.

Our warm and welcoming home has been designed to the highest standard to enhance the support we offer. We have eight bedrooms equipped with level access en-suite facilities, catering to the needs of the people we support. Our home features an array of communal spaces, including two kitchens — one designated as a therapy kitchen — a generous living room, and an assisted bathroom. The entire home is wheelchair accessible, and ceiling tracking is available as needed. We also boast a lovely garden with a level access patio area, allowing all the people we support to enjoy the great outdoors!

Situated in Tottington, our location boasts outstanding transport connections to Bury town centre, where we enjoy frequent visits to the local market. We have convenient access to various nearby amenities, such as shops, cafes, restaurants, a community library, a GP surgery, a dental practice, and a lovely local park. We are part of a welcoming community that encourages those we support to engage actively with the surrounding area. Our home is in close proximity to Manchester city centre, broadening opportunities for the people we support.
