Overview

Pelton Grange Care Home is a gem of a home in the heart of Pelton in County Durham. Located near Chester Le Street, our home has 43 warm and welcoming bedrooms that are tastefully decorated. Our sunny, spacious lounges and conservatory overlook the garden that wraps around the home, in the summer months residents enjoy growing their own flowers and vegetables.

We are delighted to have a Good rating from the CQC who recognised the high standards of care in our home. We provide residential care for people who have become too frail to look after themselves and specialist care for those who are living with dementia. In addition we support short stay services; Respite and Day care. We work closely with the teams at local hospitals and support discharge to assess placements as well.

We work with residents to tailor activities, events and outings around their interests as part of our comprehensive program delivered by our dedicated activities coordinator.

Our catering team delivers delicious home cooked food from a 5-star hygiene rated kitchen. Special dietary needs and personal preferences are part of this taste-laden service.

Pelton Grange is a comfy, caring home from home.
