Welcome to Kingscourt Nursing Home
Kingscourt Nursing Home in Chester is a purpose built three-storey property set in its own grounds on the outskirts of Chester city centre. It is conveniently close to local shops, doctors surgeries and other amenities in Hoole.
For those wishing to travel further afield, there is a bus service nearby which will take you into the centre of the city or to any of the villages on the outskirts. All of the rooms are single occupancy; most have en-suite facilities.
Kingscourt is a three-storey building with two staircases and a passenger lift to ensure all residents, staff and visitors can easily move around the home. There are communal areas on the ground floor, including two lounges, a dining room and a conservatory where residents may relax and enjoy the home. There is a small garden at the back for Residents who wish to sit outside on lovely sunny days. There are also car parking spaces at the front.
All service users will undergo an assessment to ensure we are able to meet their needs, our service will provide support which encourages personal growth and development, we aim to encourage and promote motivation and independence. All service users will have their own care plan which will be compiled with the service users, their family members and professional bodies. Our care plans will detail the requirements of the individual; this will include daily tasks, activities, personal requirements, risk assessments and their likes and dislikes. Each service user will have the opportunity to discuss their wishes with their General Practitioner.
