Overview
Somerhill House Care Home has two buildings on a large site with a field to the south providing expansive views over the vale of Dauntsey. The original historic building has benefited from the addition of a state of the art nursing facility. The beautiful old house, which was built as a shooting lodge and was once owned by the Chamberlain family, whilst the adjoining superb modern facility provides friendly, family style environment for the people living in the house.
The new building has 40 large rooms with generous sized wet rooms. There are terraces where Residents can sit, entertain their visitors, dine and take afternoon tea whilst enjoying the landscaped gardens.
