The house has accommodation for seven residents, four single bedrooms to the first floor and three single bedrooms to the ground floor - two with en-suites facilities. The bedrooms on the ground floor have the facility to meet the needs of individuals who may have a physical disability, along with wheelchair access throughout. The Home is registered for seven adults over the age of 18 years with Learning Disabilities, the ground floor offers communal space of kitchen, dining room and lounge, laundry facilities are available on the ground floor level.

The home boasts beautiful surrounding gardens with easy access for all residents, this is utilised to the full in the summer months. Residents can access all areas of the home and visitors are welcomed to spend time with Residents in communal rooms or in the privacy of the Residents bedroom should they choose. The physical environment of the home is designed for Residents convenience and comfort.
