Overview
Our home is ideal for four individuals who lead an active lifestyle, offering support for those transitioning from school or college, or seeking a step towards more independent living.
The people we support participate in a variety of activities, including attending Crawley College for further education courses, using the local sports centre and gym, and enjoying day trips to theme parks, pubs, and shopping. We also assist individuals in finding voluntary work placements.
The home features a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area that leads to the lounge, which includes a communal computer with internet access and a digital television connection. There is also a large enclosed garden where individuals can relax and engage in outdoor activities.
Our team is highly experienced, with a range of qualifications in care and diverse backgrounds, spanning ages from the mid-20s to mid-60s. They support individuals' involvement in the local community, helping them maintain skills in daily tasks, household chores, and personal hobbies.
The manager has been with the service for ten years, initially starting as a support worker before progressing to the management role, giving him in-depth knowledge of the people we support and their needs.
