Sunny Court is a home in the area of Cromer. At Sunny Court we tailor how we help each person to suit their abilities, a person centred approach, supporting each person on their journey of recovery. Support and encouragement relating to the skills needed to working towards either supported living or to live independently.
Part of our ethos is that any person using Sunny Court be active in the ‘Home’, supported by staff to maintain and use and learn new everyday life skills.

Sunny Court comprises of ten single rooms: seven en-suite. There are two communal showers /toilets situated over two floors. Sunny Court has one large lounge and a dining room, and one
kitchen which is accessible. Main staff office and visitors toilet. To ensure security we have cameras fitted. The property is a large semi-detached late Victorian house offering spacious, well
maintained, and comfortable accommodation over three floors. It has a rear court yard private garden; with an enclosed smoking area. There are no parking facilities.
Cromer is a small town on the north Norfolk coast. It is approximately twenty five miles from Norwich. Sunny Court is a short walk from the beach and town center. A popular destination in summer
for visitors. Cromer has a cinema, post office, Adult learning college; called Merchants Court, museum local shops, supermarkets, fish and chip shops, many cafes, various takeaways, churches, and good transport links including buses and trains; available within a short walk from Sunny Court.
There is Cromer medical center and Cromer hospital within a short distance from Sunny Court.
The aim of Recovery based approach will be to improve and build upon the following:

Supporting all individuals to work towards their hopes and aspirations

Using a positive risk-taking approach we work with a multiagency approach, so reviewing and discussing small goals and future accommodation and support is active. Working closely with agencies and professionals from the Community Mental Health teams.
