Bole Aller is set in a rural setting, approx. 1.5 miles from the town of Cullompton, there are several local taxi firms in the town, Cullompton town centre also has a very good regular bus route going to Tiverton, Exeter Taunton and other surrounding Villages, as well as having many shops and cafes Cullompton also has a large library and a very good community centre. There are 2 GP practises within Cullompton and several dentists Bole Aller also has a at home Dental service who come to the Home along with vision call for eye tests.
Bole Aller offers a range of accommodation such as single rooms with hand basins, rooms that are on suite, ground floor rooms, self-contained bungalows which consist of a small kitchenette open planed dining room lounge a small hall way and an ensuite bathroom the bungalows have their own private entrance and look out over the gardens.
Bole Aller encourages service users to make use of our grounds and can take up gardening tasks.
Bole Aller has extensive gardens and looks out over fields, it is a quiet setting with plenty of open space, but also offers communal areas to promote interaction with others.
Bole Aller is staffed 24 hours a day with an AM shift PM shift and a waking night shift.
Bole Aller also has 2 Vehicles which staff drive to take service users to their appointments as well as trips in to the local communities or further afield on day trips.
Bole Aller has staff trained in food hygiene who cook and who oversees a balanced menu including dietary needs alongside likes dislikes and known allergies,
Staff at Bole Aller monitor service users’ weight monthly or more frequently if there are concerns regarding weight, these are all recorded within the weight monitoring folder as well as the service users’ daily logs and care plans.
Bole Aller is for individuals who have mental health needs, we are recognised for the work we do and to promote individuals to achieve their goals, encourage them to be more independent and have fulfilment in their lives.
Staff that administer medication are fully trained and competent with in this role, Staff will follow all guidelines policies and procedures when administering medication.
