Overview

12 Channel Lea provides specialist support for up to three people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and low levels of challenging behaviour.

Our home has three bedrooms and a warm, friendly atmosphere. There is a shared lounge and a big kitchen/diner where everyone can cook and eat together. Upstairs, we have a shared bathroom and a toilet downstairs for personal use. We also have a beautiful garden where those we support can relax and enjoy nature.

We are situated in the quiet neighborhood of Walmer, near local shops like a butcher, pharmacy, and newsagent. We benefit from excellent public transport, making it easy to visit nearby towns and cities for day outings. The beach is only 15 minutes away, and the people we support enjoy going there to enjoy the fresh sea air.
