The home features eight bedrooms located on the ground floor, each equipped with en-suite facilities and overhead hoists. Additionally, there is a self-contained apartment designed for individuals who are transitioning to supported living. Our home benefits from a hydro bath, a shower room with a shower trolley, a spacious lounge, a kitchen, and a dining area. At the rear of the property, there is a large garden that offers ample space for barbecues and gatherings. Both the home and the garden are fully accessible for wheelchair users.
24 St Marks Road is situated away from the main thoroughfare in Chaddesden, just a 10-minute drive from the centre of Derby, providing excellent access to various local amenities. Our home is conveniently positioned opposite the general practitioner’s office and dental practice. Additionally, the home is equipped with its own modified vehicle, ensuring that all people we support can enjoy easy access to the local community.
