Overview
Brookfields Private Nursing Home, situated in Littleover, Derby, was established by the Turner family in 1968, and continues to be operated by them. Our home provides professional nursing services for both ladies and gentlemen requiring long-stay or short-stay Nursing care, Residential care, Recuperation, Respite or End of Life care. We also provide a continual stream of bespoke social opportunities, delivered by a dedicated team of creative Activities Assistants.
Brookfields offers high quality, individual accommodation - with en-suite facilities and with all the facilities that you would expect of a quality Nursing Home, in a refined and homely setting.
The care we provide is also individual, and places a resident’s choices at the heart of everything we assist with on a daily basis, and their amount of involvement in our bustling social scene.
We have a very stable workforce which ensures great continuity of care, with many of our staff having been employed by Brookfields for more than 15 years. We really take great pride in the service we provide, and in the community that we have created in and around Brookfields.
With easy access by road and bus from the city’s Inner Ring Road, we are located to the south west of Derby at the junction of Burton Road (A5250) and Manor Road (A5111), and are part of the community of Littleover; our facilities are set in beautifully maintained flower and produce gardens, and we provide free on-site parking.
