Ordinary Life Project Association (OLPA) - 12 Addington Close is a Registered Care Home in Devizes, Wiltshire, which can accommodate 3 residents of any gender over the age of 18 - it has a 'Good' rating from the CQC. We adapt to the needs of the residents, enabling residents to live their lives in a warm, caring and empowering environment is at the heart of our philosophy. We strive towards working as a team with family, friends and other agencies including members of the Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD), the Community Nurses Hub and the Local GP Practice. We have a core within the staff team which hasn't changed over the last few years. We believe we are person centred and look towards fulfilling the lives of the residents through their activities, interests, beliefs and cultural needs as well as trying new things out. We believe we are open to change and welcome other people's ideas, views and opinions.
