Overview

Harmonia Village is a gated residential community and nursing home, comprising six fully equipped houses designed primarily for individuals with dementia in the Dover area. Our innovative approach allows residents the freedom to move about the village, without being confined to their rooms or specific areas. Family members can access live, up-to-date information about their loved ones through our secure patient record system (subject to necessary permissions). Using advanced technology, we monitor residents’ movements, enabling those who are able to explore the village independently.

In addition to long-term care, Harmonia Village offers short-stay services such as respite care and discharge-to-assess, with the capacity to accommodate over 35 residents.

Residents can enjoy various shared spaces, including the garden, lounge, dining room, and café, with a strong emphasis on wellbeing. We offer a range of indoor activities, outings, and daily newspapers. The facility is fully accessible, with a lift, ground-floor rooms, wheelchair access, and Wi-Fi available throughout, as well as postal services.

To enhance comfort, residents are welcome to personalise their space with their own furniture.

Harmonia Village is conveniently located near key medical services, including a hospital, GP, and pharmacy. It also benefits from excellent transport links, with a bus and train station nearby, along with local amenities such as a supermarket, bank, cinema, and pub.
