Heatherdene is a large semi-detached house situated in a quiet residential area of the seaside town of Eastbourne.

Heatherdene is registered with the The Care Quality Commission (CQC) and is able to accommodate up to 10 adults between the ages of 20-65 years old, as well as individuals over 65 years old as long as support needs can continue to be met within the service.

The house in non-gender specific and all service users experience varying learning disabilities and /or mental health conditions.

Heatherdene has a large driveway to the front and spacious well kept lawned garden to the rear. Inside, there is a generous lounge area which all service users can enjoy. There is a dining area and a fitted kitchen, with communal toilets and bathrooms.

Heatherdene is located in a quiet residential area with only a five minute walk to access the Eastbourne town center with its abundance of shops and facilities. There is a large playing field a very short walk away, pubs, cafe ad restaurants, bowling alleys and cinemas, as well as swimming pools and gyms. There is also small play parks and further convivence stores and mini supermarkets located just a short walk away.

Eastbourne town Centre is approximately 1 mile away and has excellent road, buses and rail links. Brighton is located just 22 miles away and Hastings is 20 miles.
