Overview
Brookfield is a family run business specialising in Dementia Care. We opened our home in 1982; we can be found in Alverstoke Village, Gosport, Hampshire, and our home is set in beautiful grounds overlooking Stoke Lake.
We have 28 single rooms most with en-suite toilets We have four communal areas which are light and sunny, including two conservatories that overlook our garden.
At Brookfield we aim to provide our residents with a high standard of care within a homely, friendly, and relaxed environment. Our home provides an atmosphere which encourages each resident to live with the maximum independence, dignity, individuality, choice, and privacy.
We pride ourselves on our person-centred approach, our staff are cheerful and caring and we work together as a team to provide a welcoming and family-like atmosphere to our home
