Hazeldene offers the very best in elderly and dementia care, providing professional 24 hour residential care, as well as respite and day care.
At Hazeldene we understand how difficult and emotional it can be for families when a loved one can no longer live independently. We also understand how important it is to find the right care home where your parent, relative, friend or perhaps yourself, will be happy, stimulated and personally looked after on every level. We specially designed our home to create the best possible environment for residents dealing with the challenges of dementia, while retaining a sense of their own identity.
Our team is led by our Care Manager Kelly Proctor works very closely together with her team on a daily basis to ensure each one of our resident’s needs are being constantly monitored and they are receiving truly personalised care’. Kelly has great experience working in Dementia Care Homes supporting elderly residents with various levels of Dementia with a person-centered approach.
Our Care Team consistently delivers the highest level of care possible, in the utmost professional and respectful manner – and with genuine kindness. With extremely high standards, we train, develop and support our staff so they have the skills, knowledge and personal approach needed to care for our residents at the level we expect.
