Residents enjoy a varied schedule of meaningful activities tailored to their interests and abilities. These include arts and craft sessions, reminiscence activities, Namaste Care therapy, and dementia-aid computer games and puzzles. There are also regular visits from performers, minibus trips to local places of interest and community partnerships with schools and charities. It also hosts a monthly dementia support group.

There are comfortable en-suite bedrooms, spacious dining rooms, lounges, a library and salon, not to mention the home's loving cats, Clare and Monty, and therapy dog Ruby. The large sensory garden features vegetable and herb boxes that residents take pride in looking after.
