Avon's team strives to ensure we are a pro-choice home advocating for person-centred excellence for all.

The home consists of a Manager, 2 x Senior Support staff, and a wide team that helps to pull together and provide a safe and responsive environment to live in. Our team specialises in the development of communication skills supporting and promoting everyone, verbal and non-verbal, to become involved in dictating the management and standards of the level of care provided.

A free-flowing communication ethos allows our residents to depict the activities put forth dependent on their hobbies, ranging from but not limited to developing internet safety skills to craft sewing sessions to trips to local sights of interest.

Avon Lodge is a residential care property that accommodates individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. The home has 24hr staffing that support the residents in all areas of their life and who aim to support them to develop their daily living skills.
