13 Hutton Avenue is a residential care home located in Hartlepool, County Durham. Our home provides care and support for nine individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, epilepsy, learning and physical disabilities, as well as mental health needs.
Each of our nine bedrooms have en-suite facilities, ensuring convenience and accessibility. The entire home is wheelchair accessible, offering a variety of shared communal spaces such as a large garden, conservatory, a sensory room, kitchen and lounge. From a dedicated training kitchen, to adjustable beds, bed rails, hoists, ceiling tracking, ramps and a lift, we have thoughtfully designed our space to cater for everyone’s needs. At 13 Hutton Avenue, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every individual can thrive and feel at home.
Conveniently located near a free flexi-bus service and the train station, 13 Hutton Avenue is situated in the town centre of Hartlepool, located near local swimming baths, cosy cafés, and welcoming pubs, enhancing the living experience for the people we support. The home has established links with the local community and takes advantage of the facilities available within the neighbourhood. We have a fully adapted vehicle to assist with safe transportation and are also able to access healthcare services when necessary.
