Overview
Queens Meadow is a gem of a care home on Stockton Road in Hartlepool. It has 59 warm and welcoming bedrooms that are tastefully decorated and have their own en suites. Our sunny, spacious lounges and dining rooms overlook the garden that wraps around the home.
The home achieved a ‘Good’ rating from the CQC who recognised the high standards of care in the home. The Queens Meadow team provides residential care for people who have become too frail to look after themselves and specialist care for those who are living with dementia. In addition, we support short stay services; Respite and Day care. We work closely with the teams at local hospitals and support discharge to assess placements, as well as intermediate care and period of rehabilitation.
The home has two dedicated activities coordinators who tailor events, activities and outings around residents and their interests. In the summer months we encourage residents to enjoy the extensive gardens where many people relish the opportunity to grow their own flowers and vegetables. Family members and friends are always welcome to visit and to participate in events too.
Our catering team delivers delicious home cooked food from a 5-star hygiene rated kitchen. Special dietary needs and personal preferences are part of this taste-laden service.
Queens Meadow is a comfy, caring home from home so pop in for a visit today.
