Welcome to Westview Lodge Care Home, located in the seaside town of Hartlepool, County Durham. This purpose-built home is situated close to the marina on the edge of the town centre and just a short walk from the beautiful seafront.
Each of our 37 bedrooms some of which are ensuite is furnished to a high standard offering Residents the chance to enjoy comfort and tranquillity. At Westview lodge providing independence and choice is very important – One reason we try and encourage residents to personalise their rooms with their own belongings to help them feel at home.

Our home has a busy activities timetable, built around the key goals of mental stimulation, increased mobility and social engagement. Activities include arts and crafts sessions, gardening, exercise classes, cinema nights, quizzes, musical performances, and pamper sessions. Each activity is designed to enhance life skills and give a feeling of purpose and self-worth. There is a great variety of activities to try, with new activities added frequently.
The in-house chefs will prepare exceptional food from fresh, seasonal produce that’s locally sourced where possible. Menus will include a mix of delicious and nutritious options including traditional classic meals, Residents’ favourites and exciting international cuisine.
