Overview

Introducing Rosewin
Rosewin is a large and airy house set back from a quiet rural road in approximately 1 acre of garden. The garden features a trampoline and a garden swing as well as a variety of plants. It is currently home to one young man with Autism and associated complex care needs. The home has been designed in a way that both supports the needs of the young man but also recognising that it is his home. The decoration of the home reflects the personality of the individual with lots of photo boards and artworks created by the individual and his family members.
About Rosewin
The team at Rosewin are incredibly passionate about providing quality support to the young man in their care so that he feels secure, confident, engaged, and empowered. He is supported to enjoy everything that the wider community has to offer. Swimming, trips to the beach and camping trips to name a few.
The whole ethos at Rosewin is focused on promoting and providing positive and life enhancing care and support…….with lots of fun thrown in for good measure.
At a time that is right, we are able to offer a pathway to further independent living. This might include accessing one of our Supported Living or Outreach services. We strongly believe that every person we support should receive the right level of care in an environment that meets their needs wants and wishes. Please talk to us about how we can work with you to develop a transitions package.
