Overview

Holmer Court Care Home, situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Hereford City Centre, is a spacious, detached residence that once served as a 17th-century farmhouse. While retaining the charming character of its historical origins, Holmer Court has been thoughtfully modernised to meet the needs of our 33 residential and memory care residents.

Our home is dedicated to delivering exceptional personalised care, ensuring that residents and their families feel supported and respected. Holmer Court Care Home has been recognised for its excellence, winning both the Care Home Worker Award and the Dementia Care Award of the Year 2023 from the Hereford Times Health and Social Care Awards.

We provide specialist residential care, dementia care, and respite care in a safe and empathetic environment. Our approach includes thorough assessments of each resident’s needs to ensure personalised, one-on-one care that caters to their unique preferences and requirements.

As part of the Ashberry network, which spans across England and Wales, we prioritise the well-being of residents and their families. Our core values—loyalty, integrity, and compassion—are the foundation of our operations and are deeply embedded in the culture of each of our homes.
