Holmer Court Care Home, situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Hereford City Centre, is a spacious, detached residence that once served as a 17th-century farmhouse. While retaining the charming character of its historical origins, Holmer Court has been thoughtfully modernised to meet the needs of our 33 residential and memory care residents.
Our home is dedicated to delivering exceptional personalised care, ensuring that residents and their families feel supported and respected. Holmer Court Care Home has been recognised for its excellence, winning both the Care Home Worker Award and the Dementia Care Award of the Year 2023 from the Hereford Times Health and Social Care Awards.
