Overview
At Hunters Lodge we provide support for 10 people with a learning disability, mental health needs, brain injuries or multiple complex needs.
Hunters Lodge is full of character, having been converted from a former Victorian coach house and stable block. The home has ten ground floor bedrooms, each with their own en-suite facilities with a bath or shower. There are extensive gardens where the people we support grow their own fruit and vegetables.
The home is set across four acres of woodland, orchard and gardens, and is located in a rural area on the fringe of the village of Wormelow. We frequently access facilities in Hereford, which is accessible to us via our own service vehicle. We have a good relationship with people in the area and regularly use local shops, pubs and churches and take part in activities. Several of the people we support attend college courses and others have jobs at a charity shop and a horse rescue centre.
