Overview
introducing 40 Fairkytes Avenue
The home is set on the outskirts of the town of Hornchurch, East London with excellent public transport links to Central London, the South East and beyond. Hornchurch has a wide range of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities which offer the people we support a variety of social experiences.
Each person we support will have a person centred support plan, which is designed to empower people to build on their existing skills, and enable every individual to achieve their goals and aspirations. Our staff team focus their support on encouraging individuals to become more independent. Development of life skills is encouraged such as shopping, meal planning and meal preparation, and people we support are enabled to access social and leisure activities within the community such as going to the cinema, shopping, bowling and swimming, as well as being encouraged to seek voluntary employment opportunities and make social connections.

Provide activities tailored to the interest of the individuals we support both in and out of the home.
Are holistic, with person-centred care and support developed in collaboration with the people we support, their families and a multi-disciplinary team of health care professionals.
At a time that is right, we are able to offer a pathway to further independent living. This
