Overview
Arlington House is a family owned and operated "Home from Home" set in a quiet residential street just off Hove seafront. We provide care and support to residents some of whom may have mild to moderate Dementia, while also supporting their loved ones to navigate the sometimes difficult challenges they may be experiencing. Arlington House provides care for up to 25 residents and has a 'Good' rating from the CQC.
We understand the often challenging circumstances leading up to and surrounding having a loved one go in to a care home which can leave one feeling guilty, concerned and even bereft. Rest assured this is not lost on us, we are here to help and always available for a chat in person or by phone if you feel it would help.
Our staff are carefully selected (not primarily for extensive experience, as we can teach and train them the skills they'll need) indeed we only accept those with a big heart and genuine empathy, they must be engaging and outgoing in a way that we would accept them caring for our own loved ones.
If you would like to know more about what we do and how we may be able to help please call us for a chat - we are more than happy to discuss what the next steps might be.
