Our compassionate support teams are committed to providing person-centred care, ensuring that each resident receives the individualized attention they deserve.
Our dedicated Activity Coordinators work tirelessly to enhance the quality of life for all residents, creating engaging activities that cater to individual preferences and interests. We proudly belong to several local clubs, including the Butterfly Club and the Willow Club, and we warmly invite community members to visit Elm Tree Court.
We are proud to have attained Veteran Friendly Framework status, which aims to provide a structured approach to ensure that veterans living in care homes receive tailored support and recognition.
“At Elm Tree Court, the well-being and comfort of our service users are paramount. Our philosophy is to set a new benchmark for delivering person-centred care to older people with complex needs. We believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. We actively encourage family and friends to play a significant role in our residents’ lives and have established a scheme that allows residents to stay connected with family members through Skype.
We take pride in the friendly atmosphere at Elm Tree Court, where visitors are always welcome. We also invite family members to join their loved ones for a meal with prior arrangement, fostering a sense of community and connection.”
