We provide long term support and health care for individuals and we are also able to offer short break support and re-enablement support services . We can provide enablement support for individuals that are planning on taking the next steps into more independent living or for those who have had a stay in hospital.
The objective of the shorter term support is to ensure that individual progress and rehabilition is made during the residential stay that is then able to be continued once someone returns to more independent living in the community.
“At Isaac Robinson House we deliver individual care, delivered in the way our residents wish it to be. Our goal is to ensure our service users’ life choices are safely met”
