HF Trust - Lympne Place (High Trees and The Beeches) are 2 residential care settings in the village of Lympne Nr Hythe. We have a 'Good' rating from the CQC. High Trees is a residential house designed specifically to cater for the needs of individuals with autistic spectrum disorder. It is a large house with numerous windows, allowing natural light to come in. There are four single bedrooms, three on the first floor all with basins and one on the ground floor with en-suite facilities. There are 2 bathrooms on the first floor and an additional toilet on the ground floor. The house is set out communally whilst at the same time allowing space to those who reside here, High Trees is situated in large secure grounds, the gardens are fenced and lined with conifers and the gate is locked with a keypad lock, there are large gardens all around High Trees giving plenty of space.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all required appliances and a hatch to the dining room. The dining room has ample space with a door to the gardens. The lounge is a large size with windows to 3 aspects.
High Trees provide core staffing of 3 staff between 0700 – 2200, with 2 additional shifts per week – 1000 – 1430. There is one wake night and one sleep in between the hours of 2200 – 0700.
The Beeches is a purpose built Dorma bungalow, wheelchair accessible, wide bright corridors. There are 8 bedrooms in total, 7 bedrooms on the ground floor, 6 of which have basins, there are 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, 1 has a walk-in bath and the other has a Malibu bath with hoist chair, both bathrooms have toilets and basins, there is a further toilet situated on the ground floor. The first floor houses a self-contained 1 bedroom flat, with its own bathroom, lounge, dining room and kitchen which has all required appliances.
Also situated on the ground floor is a large open plan kitchen and dining room, there is ample storage, counter space, cooking appliances and white goods. The lounge is a large size with large windows, next to the lounge is a bright spacious conservatory with access to the patio area. The gardens around The Beeches are large and have a paved footpath all the way round which is accessible with a wheelchair.
The Beeches provide core staffing of 5 staff between 0700 – 1500, 4 staff between 1430 - 2200 with 2 additional shifts per week – 0700 – 1430. There is one wake night and one sleep in between the hours of 2200 – 0700.

Also, at Lympne place there is access to Day service centre with plenty of activities on offer.
High Trees has one trust vehicle and The Beeches has two, one of which is a wheelchair accessible vehicle. There is a public transport service with bus stops nearby, which offer regular services to other neighbouring towns. In the village there is a local shop, a public house with restaurant facilities, Port Lympne Wild Animal Park and Lympne Castle. High Trees and The Beeches are 8 miles from Ashford, where there is an excellent cinema complex, bowling alley and shopping facilities. The Beeches and High trees are also 8 miles from Folkestone, a seaside resort with a good beach and harbour area, shopping facilities and places to eat.
