• Rook Lodge is a Registered Care Home for ten persons who live with Mental illness. It is a unique Building, consisting of five Bedsits, which are situated upstairs on the 1st floor, four self-contained flats, two upstairs and two on the ground floor, and a two storey Maisonette, situated on the end of the building with its own front door and driveway. There is a lifeline system in place, and a large Garden which is looked after by service users and staff. People with the highest support needs would usually move into a Bedsit initially, (If assessed for this) and would use the communal lounge, dining room, kitchen, and downstairs facilities, they would be supported to learn or relearn Daily Living skills. When they have developed their skills to a point where they may need less support, they may be considered for a flat or Maisonette, if it is available. The next step is to step down which staff will signpost or support you to the next step.
